Once every now and again you have a break that really means something. It really resonates with you. Well for us, and especially for me our Trip to North Wales was that holiday. We decided to stay at Coed-Y-Llwyn on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. It’s a small Caravan club site about 10 miles away from Porthmadog. Its really peaceful and a real gem of a site. Here is a perfect little recipe for a quick pudding. An internet sensation of mug cakes has revealed this little delight. We pre measure the dry ingredients into a zip lock bag and mix when on site. With a little bit of apprehension we packed everything we could think of and set off to collect the Caravan, or “Lenny” as he is now known. The storage facility is literally 15 mins away form our house and we arrived at 11am to pack the clothes, stow the food and make sure that everything was in the correct place for towing.
